Title: Where to download manually?

Sorry for potentially being stupid today but where do I find the link to manually download a release please?

I mainly want to find out how large such a release is...

When visiting the "Download and Licensing" folder, I do not see any links there...

go to this webpage and click the link

and select the last option download the software
