Tablet has no Sim Card but the HTC has 4G card.

Hi
It is HTC one -11 and a Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet.
both were not able to see the internet .
connected , no internet .
we use the address 1192.168.1.1
we couldnt get to the connect page .
