I made the same error with PWPoulton.
Resolved with no imput from me after a couple of days. A full re install with the correct station name cured the station error problem. Auto updated overnight.

My first NooElec failure was the result of condensation in the aerial mast.
I fitted a breather top and bottom of the aerial and on inspection this week I
found all dry and in good order.
The NooElec dongle is now indoors with five meters of HDF400 cable to the dongle.
The temperature of the dongle varies between 36/40 degC.
If positioned outside, it ideally needs to be protected from sunlight with adequate
ventilation.

Does the Paw TX only transmit in response to a received transmission?
The TX used to be every twenty seconds.
All seems to be working OK, I can only hear transmission when responding to a PAW TX from a aircraft in flight.

Thanks yes looks like the problem existed from a while ago that is why Peter sorted out the problem by re writing part of the files.
The 1090 sdr is connected with outside aerial fot the MLAT tests when required.

I have been successful this time. New raspberry pi, sd card seems to have done the trick. Thanks a million for all you help.
