For those that want to site the unit remotely.
Antenna extension leads and other accessories also on their way.

Nice One Dave, and a good price too.
I hope I didn't push you into putting them on sale sooner than you intended - that certainly wasn't my intention. The way some of the GPS threads were heading I thought it was important to let our newer members know about the VK-162 option before they start trying potentially unrecognized units. Having done so, I then didn't want them ordering from china if you already had VK-162s in stock.
Best regards as always
Peter

I have one of these and they are excellent.
Note they have a small free floating disk magnet size of a 1/2p underneath the foil base.
I cut mine out with a Stanley knife to avoid compass deviation.

I'd have some prop wash but they don't list the rotary versions, you need two types as the main and tail rotors require a different formula. ::)

Hi David, I will be after a Bridge at some point as I made an ADSB unit. Will you be selling the antenna or do you recommend one from elsewhere with the appropriate connector?
Great work team!

Technical question:
Do antenna extension leads (to be coming to a Pilot Hardware store near us soon?!) have any effect upon the signals and efficiency of the unit, and have they been CE tested also? Would they cause any increased power requirement?
