Hi,
from yesterday my two ognpaw stations are appearing offline in the ogn page (http://ognrange.unseen.org (http://ognrange.unseen.org/)), stations are PWCarpi and PWCarpi2.
Both are up and running in two different locations with two different internet providers, software versions are both the latest one so i am wondering if someone else is having the same issues or if it is a problem of the Italian part of the network.

Not sure that I trust any of those websites to give an accurate report on my stations status. I would just do a practical check with a PAW unit.

Yes I don’t trust these either
I run my own client, cant find the link right now, away from computer
Thx

I agree with you both, OGN Netwok page seems to be not so accurate.
I did check in the dropbox link and it seems that the first station gone down for some reasons.
Now is up but i am not able to see it with my rosetta, in fact none of the two is visible by both my rosetta and PAW Classic.
But i see my Rosetta and PAW classic into the OGNPAW.
I have no idea on what to do now, it seems OGNPAW station is receiving only but not transmitting in P3I frequency...
[UPDATE 19:45]
I monitored the 869.525 frequency with rtlsdr dongle and cubicsdr, what i discovered is that OGNPAW stations are not transmittig at all. Just at power on and boot some transmissions are sent and after that nothing else.
I found some random transmissions at 868.325 but don't seem to be related to P3I module.
Help is welcome
Best regards

Hi Federico
OGN-R will only transmit a Flarm position when a paw is in range
It will also send a ground station position every 20 seconds
What did you use to measure the transmission on 869.325, if it is an a SDR, have you corrected the frequency drift ?
Could you post the home and traffic page from rosetta
Also the home page from OGNR
Thx

Does the Paw TX only transmit in response to a received transmission?
The TX used to be every twenty seconds.
All seems to be working OK, I can only hear transmission when responding to a PAW TX from a aircraft in flight.

yes
The TX used to be every twenty seconds.
Only for the Ground Station Position (not for traffic)

That is correct behavior, no point rebroadcasting Flarm positions, when no-on is there to hear ;-)

Great thanks, good to know working as required.
