Title: Audio Out Jack - 3.5mm
Post by: Bulleteer on June 29, 2017, 07:44:47 pm
Is the audio out jack on the Pilot Aware a stereo or mono socket?

The jack is a 4-pole TRRS (tip, ring, ring, sleeve) stereo socket, but PilotAware audio outputs are mono - the same on both channels, so you can use a standard 3-pole lead to connect. See  previous post here http://forum.pilotaware.com/index.php/topic,376.msg5117.html#msg5117

There are also several other posts on this subject, but I can't currently find them.

Mark,

As you are using a Dittel KRT2, you would probably also benefit from reading this thread....
