not a simple task I'm afraid.
Firstly the Garmin 695 uses a proprietary format for the Traffic information.
I have tried on a number of occasions to get Garmin to provide details of this format - they will not disclose.
I guess this is because they want you to purchase their proprietary trafffic system.
The data link layer is simple, it is RS232, which can be used to interface between Garmin 695 and PilotAware.
But this is only the data link, the format of the data itself is the crucial missing link.

I presume you mean the 'configuration' of the 695, or are you saying to write code to perform the interface ?
I was in contact with przemek on this forum who has spent some time reverse engineering the TIS-B format forthe 496, but I have been too busy to fully investigate his findings.
