I fly a Van's RV6 transponder is a Garmin GTX328 S mode.
Is it OK to get ADSB out connecting it to PAW?

The GTX328 is a Mode S only transponder with no support for ADS-B. You need at least the GTX330ES to transmit ADS-B position information. The GTX330 is upgradeable to -ES, but I don't believe the 328 can be upgraded.
