No. I tried it by mistake and it doesn't work on the RPi 2. That surprised me a little: there are obviously significant differences at an application level.

The only thing in common is the name 'Pi', one is an ARMv6 the other is an ARMv7
totally different Processor architectures.

Is it that the hardware and software (driver) support for the V7 is not yet there for the gizmos that PAW needs (particularly the ARF and the Barometer)?
Hopefully the V6 RPi has enough life left in it that it won't be discontinued just as PAW approaches popular acceptance.

correct, the issues are around driver support.
I dont think that the PiB+ is going to be discontinued any time soon,
I just put in a fake order for 1000 PiB+ at RS, and it could deliver for tomorrow

When I bought my B+ the other week I noticed that RS listed number available for next day delivery as 15 thousand and something!
With a user base of over 5 million I doubt that they will disappear any time soon.

I've got mine currently running on an original B. I haven't ordered my B+ yet!
I had a B running a TV dongle for SDR/ADS-B anyway with the correct (for this project) Wifi dongle, so I thought I'd just install the software to see what happened. Seems ok. My JCurtis ARF shield arrived today and it appears to work. Haven't got a GPS module yet, still getting my GPS from an Android tablet.
